Westford Police Arrest Three on Drug Charges During Motor Vehicle Stop

Nov. 16, 6:08 p.m. - Jason Turgeon, 41, of 39 Sayles St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
Nov. 19, 12:32 a.m. - Erin Babcock, 43, of Labree Rd. in New Boston, NH was arrested for alleged failure to appear for jury duty.
Nov. 20, 10:44 a.m. - Joshua Paul Overhulser, 26, of Pine Rd. in Westford was arrested for failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
Nov. 22, 10:07 p.m. - Westford Police arrested three individuals during a motor vehicle stop.
Darren Innie, 42, of 109 Ayers Rd. in Canterbury, NH was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance and subsequent alleged possession of a class A drug.
Adam Higgins, 25, of 513 Battle St. in Webster, NH was arrested for alleged possession of a class A and class B drug.
Arthur Charter, 31, of 104 Clough Rd. in Pittsfield, NH was arrested for alleged possession of a class A drug.
Nov. 23, 11:29 p.m. - Christopher Dinardi, 28, of 13 Lower Rd. in Westford was arrested for an alleged abuse prevention violation as a courtesy booking for the Wilmington Police Department.
