Community Forum on Unmet Health Needs
Members of the community are invited to share their perspectives on the findings of a community health needs study that identifies the unmet medical and public health needs within Greater Lowell, including Westford.
The findings of the study will be shared and discussed during the forum, which is Friday, October 11, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Roudenbush Community Center. It is free and open to the public.
Researchers and students from the University of Massachusetts Lowell conducted the study on behalf of Lowell General Hospital and the Greater Lowell Health Alliance. The assessment will provide valuable direction to Greater Lowell community organizations in addressing unmet health needs.

"To best meet the needs of our patients and the community as a whole, it is important to learn more about the key factors contributing to chronic disease and the challenges facing members of our community and how they affect their health," said Michelle Davis, RN, MS, Vice President of External Affairs at Lowell General Hospital and chair of the Greater Lowell Health Alliance. "We are looking forward to engaging our community in this exciting process."
