With regards to your security question, Attorney Descenes said at the meeting that there will be multiple video cameras on-site recording 24/7 and security lighting.

Certainly would allow children from a very young age to build a trust with and respect for law enforcement officers so that they are seen as protectors of all of us.

The issue there boils down to manpower and budget, which go hand-in-hand. certainly not an unreasonable response though.
