We've been waiting for months, and the wait is finally over. What's your opinion?
Last Thursday, Cornerstone Square's newest stores officially opened for business as Marshall's and Homegoods completed their move from Tewksbury several months earlier. Today, we want to ask your take. Have you gone into the new stores yet? What do you think? Should something else have gone into those spaces? Or are you excited for these new additions to the 110 corridor? If you think something else should have gone there, what should it have been? If you're a fan of the two stores, why are you a fan? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!

What's your take on the newest tenant at Westford Plaza?
Wow, that was quick! A little over a month ago, we asked you what should go into the old Fitness Together site at Westford Plaza, and last week when we saw that Holly Hill Framing left, we also saw that that old Fitness Together site has a new tenant: Kumon Learning Center. So we say, welcome to Westford, Kumon! Readers, what's your take on the newest member of Westford Plaza as well as the space they took? And what do you think will happen next for Westford business? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.

Welcome to our latest Visions for Vacancies.
According to the sign on the door, Holly Hill Framing at Westford Plaza is now officially gone from its Westford location, as of yesterday. So today we want to ask you what should go into that space now. We're gonna guess it's probably not going to be a liquor store, real estate agency, sandwich shop, comfort food resturant, shop that sells those fruit sculpture things, hair salon, phone store (well, maybe a phone store, more on that later...), nutrition store, tailor shop, place where "you can get cash for your gold Then again, maybe it could! Maybe it could just stay vacant! What do you think? What would you like to put in that location? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.

What's the best fit for this empty lot on Littleton Road?
A few months ago, Fitness Together moved down Littleton Road to an office complex across from the Ninety Nine Restaurant. Today, we want to ask you what should go into this space between D'Angelo's and Edible Arrangements. Another fitness studio? Maybe a third restaurant for the plaza? One of the things you recommended the last time we did this column? Another Market Basket? Tell us your thoughts in the comments!

The holidays are here, and we're wondering what should go into the place where the Christmas Store was last year.
This year, that seasonal Christmas store at Westford Valley Marketplace has moved a few doors down, leaving an open spot just right across from the McDonald's stoplight on 110 waiting to be filled. Any new banks or stores selling liquor, toys, stationary, sports apparel, video games, electronics, groceries, pizza, or donuts would face some stiff competition from the current neighbors. Still, would it be possible for a store in one of those categories to move in? Or maybe something else? Or will it remain empty for awhile? And of course, how will the emergence of Cornerstone impact tenancy there? Let us know what you think in the comments!

Halloween's almost here, and that means the temporary Halloween costume store will only be here for another few days. What should go into that spot after Spirit Halloween leaves?
A few months ago, we here at Patch asked you all what you think should go into the former Blockbuster site at at Westford Valley Marketplace, and the answer to that question has been provided...at least temporarily. Spirit Halloween is now at the location, but according to Spirit Halloween location manager Phillip "Phil" Volonino, the business will shut its doors permanently on Nov. 1 at 6 p.m.* So, when it leaves, what should take its place? Will it stay empty for a long period of time? And now that Cornerstone is just about completed, will that have a role in possible tenancy at this lot? Let us know what you think in the comments! *-at approximately the 23:30 mark in the video.

Welcome to Visions for Vacancies, our column where we ask you what should go into abandoned storefronts here in Westford.
Hello, Westford! Welcome to Visions for Vacancies, our semi-regular column where we ask you what would be the best fit for local abandoned storefronts here in town. Today we take a look at the space in the Brookside Plaza in Old Nab. Currently the plaza is home to Tedeschi's, Silver Palate, Masters of Karate, Anton's Cleaners, Salon Indigo and Studio Rhythm. Just down the street toward Chelmsford is Willows Pizza, and heading into town, there's the Nabnasset Post Office, BP, Citgo and Nab's One Stop.

Welcome to our latest "Visions for Vacancies" feature, where we ask you what should go into vacant lots around Westford.
Hello Westford! Welcome to our second edition of "Visions for Vacancies", a new column where we ask the readers of Westford Patch what should go into vacant lots around town. Last week, we began the series by asking what should go into the last two spots in Westford Valley Marketplace 2. Today we ask for your opinion on what you'd like to see less than a mile down the road, just past Mobil on the Run, in the place that everybody's been talking about for months. That's right....what would you like to see go into Cornerstone Square? Barring all other circumstances, what are your picks for the perfect selections for Cornerstone? Are you still hoping for Whole Foods? Maybe a Trader Joe's like the one that's coming to Nashua? Or maybe some …

Mike, Your right. These parking situations do occur other places...due to old cowpaths becoming roads and being devloped over years. Boston is famous for its diffcult parking and driving. I just don't see why someone staring fresh would design this stupidity deliberatley...unless its and rebel ambush.   more ›
