Top o’ the morning to you! Corned beef and cabbage—it just doesn’t feel like St. Patrick’s Day without it. But sometimes, especially when St. Patrick’s Day falls on a weekday, there’s just not time to sit around for three hours waiting for the corned beef to cook. Enter the slow cooker—toss everything in when you wake up, and a feast is ready for you at dinner time. This year I got a grey corned beef from Meat Again in Westford.
