Westford Police Arrest Cambridge Resident on Four Counts of Alleged Drug Possession

  March 1, 6:27 a.m. - Adrian McElwee, 24, of 337 Harvard St. in Cambridge was arrested on charges of alleged trespassing with a motor vehicle, possession of class A drugs, class D drugs and two counts of class E drugs. March 1, 9:37 p.m. - Nichole Hunt, 37, of 12 Robinlea Circle in Woburn was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor, driving with a suspended license, and number plate violations. March 2, 3:57 a.m. - Nicholas Hartery, 24, of 3 Myrtle Ave. in Westford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker and failure to wear a seatbelt while operating a motor vehicle.

Woman Upset With Nine-Year-Old Staring at Her Inside Five Guys

  Feb. 22, 2:44 p.m. - Two women were involved in a partial verbal altercation outside of Five Guys. One, a mother, said she went up to get her food inside of the restaurant and when she came back the other woman was upset that the mother's nine-year-old daughter was staring at her. The mother asked the other woman for understanding, given that the girl was only nine years old and apologized. Eventually she left and asked firefighters in the parking lot to call the police due to the other woman not letting the issue go. By the time officers reached the scene, the other woman entered another nearby store, and walked away when police tried to ask for her name, only stating that the child was rude before leaving.  The officer complimented the…

Moore Avenue Couple Gets Alleged Late Night Threats From New Hampshire Man

Jan. 19, 7:36 p.m. - James Robinson, 30, of King Street in Littleton was arrested on a warrant from unindicated previous charges follow a motor vehicle stop. Jan. 22, 2:50 p.m. – One mother was unable to enroll her children into a Westford school after alleged fraudulent lease information was given to the school by the parent. Previous records from other towns indicated that the mother attempted to pull her children out of schools and into schools in other towns before the ends of school years, holding them back several years. School department officials asked police to verify the woman’s residence in Westford, which was confirmed in the Registry of Motor Vehicles’ database despite the lease.   Feb. 16, 3:40 a.m. – An officer was …

Plow Guy Allegedly Blocks Off Parking Lot With Snow After Not Being Paid

Feb. 7, 9:50 p.m. – An officer was dispatched to the Gulf Station for reports of two vehicles involved in a nearby crash: a Jeep and an Audi. According to the report, the Jeep was leaking oil and had damage to its front end and the Audi had right side damage. The Audi owner indicated that was about to turn onto Boston Road from Littleton Road and had checked oncoming traffic when the Jeep came out of nowhere from Carlisle Road. The Jeep owner said he did not have insurance. Both drivers were issued citations redacted in the report. Feb. 11, 11:00 a.m. - Dispatch sent an officer to a business on Littleton Road after reports that the business owner was being harassed by a plow guy. Bottle of Rum Found Inside Car Involved in Carlisle Road Crash

Jan. 25, 11:16 p.m. – Officers received reports of ATVs and a large bonfire on frozen portions of Forge Pond. The fire was extinguished and the ATV operators were talked to by Littleton Police due to their location on the other side of the pond. Feb. 3, 5:54 p.m. – An officer was dispatched to Carlisle Road for a motor vehicle accident to discover the vehicle had veered off into the woods during snowy conditions. While the driver of the vehicle was not injured and not inebriated, the vehicle’s registration had lapsed. A second officer discovered a bottle of rum in the vehicle, which was confiscated, but the driver, who was under 21, did not know it was in the car. Employee Fired After Admiting New Fraud After Apologizing For Earlier Fraud

Jan. 13, 9:15 p.m. – Main Street was the site of a crash involving a blue Toyota hitting a black Mitsubishi. Drivers of both vehicles claimed the other swerved into their lane. No influence of alcohol was reported by the officer on the call; a cell phone was found on the driver’s side floorboards of the Toyota, but the Toyota driver denied using it while driving. Both vehicles were towed, there were no injuries. Two non-specified citations were issued in the incident. Jan. 16, 7:31 p.m. – A resident came to the lobby of the police station to file a complaint about a website that trades shoes. Apparently, the resident had a verbal agreement with another individual on the site to trade pairs of sneakers for comparable sneakers of equal value…

Beatrice Road Woman Upset With Bank, Photographer; Calls Police

Jan. 19, 4:51 p.m. – An officer was called in for alleged larceny of an employee at a store in town. The employee was identified by a manager as having allegedly stolen shampoo, conditioner, cigarettes and tampons. The manager also said that the employee had stolen small amounts of cash on earlier occasions. No charges were filed, the employee was removed from the premises. Jan. 23, 11:15 a.m. – A resident on Beatrice Road were concerned after spotting a man taking pictures of their house. Although the man initially said he could not reveal who he worked for, the officer on the call insisted and the man said he worked for a consulting firm that goes to properties under foreclosure.
