Chipotle opened its new restaurant on Thursday to a large lunch crowd.
Chipotle received a warm welcome as the company opened its doors for business on Thursday. They opened at 11 a.m. to a steadily growing lunch crowd, and by 12:30 p.m. it was standing room only and the line wrapped completely around the restaurant.
It will feature an outdoor patio.
The Mexican-themed Chipotle chain will soon set up shop in Westford. The restaurant has submitted plans to move into a vacant site in the Westford Valley Marketplace on Littleton Road. The site used to be occupied by Burger King, which moved out late last year. Chipotle plans to build an outdoor patio at the location -- something that was approved by the Planning Board at a recent meeting. A timetable on the construction was not available; a Chipotle spokesperson did not return a phone message seeking comment. The restaurant serves burritos, tacos, and salads, among other items. A copy of the menu is attached.

Yum! I also like Chipotle because they try to serve sustainably-raised food. And they're delicious :)   more ›
