Westford's Schoolboy Standouts Eye College
Westford residents and high school athletic standouts Alex Eaton of Westford Academy and Bob Fahey of Bishop Guertin announced their college intentions last week.
Alex Eaton may have taken nearly two dozen touchdowns this year for Westford Academy, but he and another Westford high school athlete appear to have bright futures awaiting them next year in college. Eaton and his former Bishop Guertin teammate Bob Fahey signed their letters of intent last week, heading to Lehigh and UMass Amherst respectively next year armed with scholarships in lacrosse. Although Eaton's switch back from New Hampshire this season was difficult for Fahey, he respects the choice and believe that he and Alex both made the right choice to focus on lacrosse moving forward.
