Special Town Meeting takes place on Monday, October 21st, beginning at 7:30 pm at the Abbot School.  In preparation for the meeting, the Westford Republican Town Committee will hold a warrant review.  The review will focus on expenditures for capital projects as well as proposed new bylaws.

Elected officials and petitioners have been invited to answer questions. Funding for studies on an improved and relocated central fire station, window replacement at two schools and student drop-off improvements will be discussed. Consideration will also be given to number of bylaws, including adoption of the Stretch Energy Code, Signs, Demolition Delay, Wildlife Feeding and Hazardous Waste Storage.

The public, regardless of party registration, is invited to attend.  The review takes place Wednesday, October 16 at the Rogers Fire Station (Town Farm Road) starting at 7 pm. Be responsible, stay informed.
