This Weekend Has Events For Halloween, Thanksgiving, Local Authors and The Pats in Graniteville

The Second Annual Halloween Candy Buyback

Money for you, treats for the troops and fewer cavities for your kids!

Westford Smiles Dental Center wants to give $2 per lbs.(up to five lbs.) for your kids’ candy!

Their goal is 200 lbs. Can they make it?

The event will occur from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their offices at 270 Littleton Road.

An Afternoon With Westford Authors

Jointly sponsored by the J.V. Fletcher Library and Westford Museum, meet and greet local authors in the third annual sale of their books.

The event is free and will be held at the ground floor of the library on Nov. 2 from 2 to 4 p.m.

A Second Chance To Check Out The Westford Knight Movie

The American Templars, a film about the Westford Knight, debuted at the Westford Regency on Columbus Day weekend. Now it will be shown at 4:30 p.m. inside All Saints Church in Chelmsford on…well, All Saints Day (Nov.1) .

Tickets are $40 and includes a full dinner. Formal attire is required.

Harvest Supper at the United Methodist Church

It’s not quite Thanksgiving yet, but area residents and visitors are welcome to join members of the United Methodist Church for their annual Harvest Supper on Nov. 2 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Tickets are $10, $5 for kids with infants admitted for free.

Nashoba Tech Open House

Thinking about enrolling at Nashoba Tech? Learn more on Nov. 3 from noon to 3 p.m.

There will be information from the 18 technical areas as well as the school’s various extracurricular activities.

Watch The Pats and Help Westford Softball/Baseball

If you’re going to watch the Pats on Sunday, why not do it outdoors and help local youth sports?

The Westford Youth Baseball/Softball League will be holding an event at the Graniteville Ballfields off Graniteville Road from 3 to 9 p.m., watching the game between the Pats and the Pittsburgh Steelers on a big screen.
