Big Weekend at the Parish Center for the Arts

Post-Halloween weekend has three events at the PCA.

The iconic arts center at the corner of Boston Road and Lincoln Street has not one, but two events going on for Post-Halloween weekend.

On Saturday at 8 p.m., join Billy Novick and Guy Van Duser for an evening of Jazz.

Jazz fans may know Novick from his work in television and film, such as in the theme of This Old House and the Antiques Roadshow, while Van Duser has also had numerous credits in popular media, such as the theme of a Prairie Home Companion.

On Sunday at 3 p.m., several chamber players from the Berklee Chamber Players and Alycyon Chamber Ensemble wil be on hand to perform the work of various artists such as Julius Williams, Jonathan Holland and Aulis Sallinen.

Just before the concert, there will be a reception at the PCA for the fibre art work of Westford resident Jeanne Fallier.

Tickets are $20 for the Saturday event ($18 for PCA members), with a discount for a table. You can buy tickets at westford.com or by e-mailing pca@westford.com or calling 978-692-6333.
