Eh.  We played well in spurts, but had too many lapses.  We started out very strong in the first quarter, but then seemed to coast a little too much.  We need to play more consistently.

On Dec. 27, WA beat Arlington Catholic 67-42 in the first round of the Medfield Holiday Tournament in Medfield, MA.  We lead 29-24 at the half, then really played well defensively to pull away in the third quarter.

WA      12      17      20      18      67

AC      13      11      9       9       42

We fouled a little too much in the first half, but this is the first time in awhile that I can say that our defensive intensity was where it needed to be.  The entire team seemed to be really IN the game - players and bench - and I think we fed off that energy.  We need to do that every night.
