The Summer Experience at Nashoba Valley Technical High School offers a host of opportunities for students entering grades 5-9.
The Summer Experience is four weeklong sessions in July, from 9 a.m., to 1 p.m., where kids can acquire valuable, hands-on experience in such programs as Automotive Technology, Babysitting Basics, Cosmetology, Robotics, Web Graphics & Design, Java Programming, Computer Animation/Movie Making.
Tuition is $349 per child, per week.
An additional Summer Sports Training program will offer boys and girls, ages 8-17, an opportunity to learn and play several sports each day. Emphasis is placed on clinical instructor and group strategy. The program will run the same four one-week sessions, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tuition for the sports program $249 per child, per week.
Students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
