Abbot Elementary School students performed pushups for charity this week and raised $555 in donations, according to an update from Principal Vito Umbro.
"I greatly appreciated all of the students that joined me in doing pushups," he noted. "Thank you to all of the students and families for your generosity."
Umbro said he planned on continuing the charity event again next year.
