Abbot Elementary Students Pushup for Charity

Last chance to help Westford students raise money.

Students at the Abbot Elementary School in Westford, along with their principal, Vito Umbro, are participating in the Pushup for Charity 2014 event, helping to raise money for the Boot Campaign, a national nonprofit that assists veterans.

More than 1.4 million men and woman, including the students, will be completing as many pushups as they can in 90 seconds to raise money for the effort.

So far, the students have raised $335. Today is the last day to help out. If you’re interested in donating, visit Pushups for Charity 2014.
