So labeling the family who does buy or live in the home as a gentrification god fits right?

Sam please excuse my label, it was very politically incorrect of me to label the non existent family of that resident empty home as a gentrification god. Very very sexist of me. I would prefer to 'suggest' they are the vegan non sexual preference atheist of organic earth soil low carbon impact sentient beings.
