The company is one of the world’s leaders in cosmetic laser related products, has been acquiring related companies in the field over the past few years, hoping to use the TIF funding to facilitate making room for  employees from one of those acquired companies, Palomar of Burlington.

Baker’s request centered around a walkway that would connect the current Cynosure building at 3 Carlisle Road with an adjacent building the company hopes to lease.
