Woman Banned From Franco After Fight

Jan. 1, 4:15 a.m. - A woman has been banned from the Franco after a New Year's fight.

According to police reports, the woman was allegedly intoxicated and a man at the club responsible for the patrons requested she leave her keys and not drive home.

At first, the woman agreed, but then she began to harass other patrons at the club.

The man requested the woman stop, at which point the woman waited until the man walked away, at which point she punched him in the back of the head four times before he reflexively struck her in the face.

This account was corroborated by several other patrons and video footage at the club.

When asked, the woman alleged she struck the man because he had been "bothering me for the last three years."

Neither party wanted to file charges for assault; the woman was issued no trespassing orders the next day.

Jan. 8, 10:19 a.m. - An officer inspected a vehicle believed to have been stolen on Oak Road, but the VIN number turned out to be legitimate.

Jan. 12, 11:52 a.m. - Jason Bearfield, 36, of 181 Carlisle Rd. was arrested on charges of alleged driving with a suspended license.

Jan. 15, 10:09 a.m. - Donna Ellen Giuggio, 47, of 3D Farmer Way was arrested on charges of alleged driving with a suspended license, driving a vehicle with a revoked registration and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Jan. 16, 2:51 p.m. - Kenneth Jones, 28, and Colleen Murphy, 48, both of 9 Pond Rd., were arrested during a traffic stop on Dunstable Road.

Ken was arrested on charges of alleged driving on a suspended license and a 2nd charge of operating under the influence of liquor.

College was arrested on a previously outstanding warrant for arrest not indicated.

Jan. 17, 1:26 a.m. - Amanda Cerra, 26, of 43 Nesmith St. #6 in Lowell was arrested for alleged marked lane violations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding.
