Westford Police Respond to 50 Traffic and Health Hazards During Hurricane Sandy

The following are entries from the Westford Police log for Oct. 26, 27, 28 and 29.

Friday, Oct. 26

9:50 a.m. - Wayne Smith, 55, of Mulberry St. in Nashua was arrested on Groton Road for warrants on previous charges of alleged recieving of stolen property and breaking and entering.

Saturday, Oct. 27

11:25 p.m. - Kimberly Hale, 38, of Vernon Street in Norwood was arrested on Powers Road for charges of alleged domestic assault and battery.

Sunday, Oct. 28

7:21 a.m. -  James Payne, 47, of 9 Stoneview Dr. was arrested on charges of alleged domestic assault and battery.

Monday, Oct. 29

All Day - Police responded to 50 reported traffic and safety hazard incidents, stemming from 11:17 a.m. to 11:41 p.m. due to Hurricane Sandy.
