Andrew: Just curious, but back when I was a bartender, we were well versed in Dram Shop laws and TIPS training to prevent liability to the establishment. Do these reports ever note from where these people were traveling?

They might. You can find out if you like - on the town website, head to the Police Department page, then the logs. All the arrests are there a week or so after they happen (and they're in the foyer of the police station during the week they happen.) You can those from the Westford PD Records Department (that takes awhile), or you get the same thing at Ayer District Court, (plus there they have the docket folder with trial information.)
