Westford Police Arrest Lowell Man For Fourth Alleged OUI
The following information was supplied by the Westford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Nov. 8, 2:26 a.m. - Barry Monterio, 23, of County Road in Dracut was arrested for alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance, speeding and failure to wear a seatbelt.
Nov. 8, 1:19 p.m. - Jimmie Walker, 49, of "Farms" in Burlington was arrested on an outstanding warrant for alleged operation of a motor vehicle following a license suspension.
Nov. 12, 1:04 a.m. - Paul Roy, 59, of Casco Street in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. This is the fourth time he has been arrested on an OUI charge.
Nov. 15, 7:59 p.m. - Timothy So, 21, of Congress Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He also was issued a citation for alleged possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana at the time of his arrested.
