Westford Man Charged with Assault and Battery
The Westford Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Harry J. Plourde, 62, of Hildreth Street in Westford, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on May 12, and charged with assault and battery, domestic. He was arrested on Hildreth Street after police were called to a domestic disturbance call.
Scott L. Ascolillo, 43, of Pike Street in Tewksbury, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on May 15, and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Acton Road and Carlisle Road.
