Teenager Arrested Day After Blizzard For Alleged OUI

Thursday, Jan. 24
4:59 a.m. - William Anthoney Lumsden, 23, of Fitz St. in Lawrence was arrested for alleged operation with a suspended license, number plate violations, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to appear upon personal recognizance.
1:04 p.m. - Shawn Lamarre, 41, of Sutherland St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle after several license suspensions and failure to appear upon personal recognizance.

Sunday, Feb. 3
5:43 p.m. - Jose Mangual, 28, of 44 Bridge St. was arrested for two counts of failure to appear upon personal recognizance, alleged larceny over $250, credit card fraud under $250, another count of credit card fraud over $250, credit card theft, writing false checks, forging checks, and identification fraud.

12:03 a.m. - William Forsythe, 49, of 158 Goldsmith St. in Littleton was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lane violations.
Tuesday, Feb. 5
12:52 p.m. - William Zanoli, 36, of Hoyt Avenue in Lowell was arrested on charges from a previous warrant not specified.
Thursday, Feb. 7
12:49 a.m. - Ronald Lerned, 49, of White Street in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and marked lane violations.
Saturday, Feb. 9
1:05 a.m. - Roger Rouleau, 61, of 38 Pleasant St. in Westford was arrested for alleged domestic assault and battery.
Sunday, Feb. 10
1:02 a.m. - Steven Tompkins, 18, of 13 Stoneview Dr. in Westford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations and speeding.
