I-495 North to Route 3 South in Chelmsford Closed for Hours After Crash

A rollover accident in Chelmsford will cause the closure of a major ramp for several hours on Thursday morning.

Massachusetts State Police said that a rollover occurred just before 10 a.m. at the ramp from Interstate 495 to Route 3 South in Chelmsford.

Police soon after posted a photo from the scene, which shows a large box truck on its side and tipped open at the entrance to the ramp.

State Police said that the area will be closed for at least two hours, but added there were only minor injuries suffered.
