Westford Police Arrest Fitchburg Man For Larceny on Elderly Person

Dec. 8, 1:32 a.m. - Edward Morin, 26, of Whiley Rd. in Groton was arrested for alleged negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violations and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUI.)

This is the second time he has been charged with an OUI.

Dec. 8, 11:08 a.m. - Joseph Frazier, 47, of Rennie Rd. in Merrimack was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for jury duty. 

Dec. 16, 9:11 a.m. - Derek Amato, 25, of Evergreen Valley Rd. in a town in New Hampshire not specified for unknown reasons was arrested for alleged assault and battery and two redacted charges.

Dec. 16, 1:53 p.m. - Rolangelo Olivera-Costa-Barbo, 42, of Plain St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, marked lane violations, driving without a license, negligent operation of a vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a vehicle.

Dec. 18, 5:41 p.m. - Laureano DeSouza, 24, of Georgetown Dr. in Framingham was arrested for alleged driving with a suspended license and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Dec. 19, 9:17 p.m. - Jose Gomes, 58, of Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell was arrested for alleged driving with a suspended license and an outstanding warrant for driving without possession of a license. 

Dec. 20, 9:49 a.m. - Kevin Jewitt, 34, of Manchester, NH was arrested on five default warrants.

Dec. 20, 11:57 a.m. - Jeffrey Holliday, 50, of 281 Charles St. in Fitchburg was arrested for alleged larceny on an individual over 65.
