Moore Avenue Woman Was Allegedly Dealing Cocaine 300 Feet From A Westford School

The following information came from documents provided by the Ayer District Court

In documents obtained from the Ayer District Court, Patch has learned that a Moore Avenue woman arrested recently allegedly sold cocaine to undercover officers less than 300 feet from a Westford school.

Westford Police concluded a three-month investigation on Kathryn King and Sean Michael McInnis earlier this week, leading to the seizure of almost three dozen items in their Moore Avenue home ranging from eight baggies of cocaine and marijuana-related items to computers and cars.

Following witnesses viewing an alleged drug deal by McInnis in late August at Brookside Plaza in Nabnasset, surveillance began on the pair, with police gathering evidence from the trash at their Moore Avenue residence over half a dozen times in the fall.

According to the report, undercover officers were able to purchase marijuana and cocaine from King, with King allegedly agreeing to a selling location within 300 feet of a school in town that was not named by police due for fear of damaging further investigations.

A child living with the couple was placed into protective services following the arrest.

Bail was set for $400, which had not been met as of Dec. 17.

The pair was arraigned on Dec. 16, with the next scheduled hearing date in Ayer set for Feb. 19.
