Moore Avenue Couple Gets Alleged Late Night Threats From New Hampshire Man

Jan. 19, 7:36 p.m. - James Robinson, 30, of King Street in Littleton was arrested on a warrant from unindicated previous charges follow a motor vehicle stop.
Jan. 22, 2:50 p.m. – One mother was unable to enroll her children into a Westford school after alleged fraudulent lease information was given to the school by the parent.
Previous records from other towns indicated that the mother attempted to pull her children out of schools and into schools in other towns before the ends of school years, holding them back several years.

School department officials asked police to verify the woman’s residence in Westford, which was confirmed in the Registry of Motor Vehicles’ database despite the lease.

Feb. 16, 3:40 a.m. – An officer was dispatched to Moore Avenue where a male and female indicated another individual was harassing them over the phone.
According to the male, who along with the female had a strong odor of alcohol according to the report, the third individual, who lives in Epsom, New Hampshire, was calling and threatening to kill him.
The officer heard voicemails from the Epsom man which he described as vulgar, but not holding any threats outside of one to the man’s truck.
According to records, the Epsom man made eight calls to the Moore Avenue man that evening.
At that point, the Moore Avenue woman told the officer that the Epsom man she feared for her safety due to other reasons, and that the Epsom man did not know where they lived.
The officer called the number of the Epsom man, reaching someone who offered the phone to the Epsom man, who denied calling the number and requested the officer’s identification information.
At that point, the officer provided the information and told the Epsom man if there were no more calls that evening, the issue would be resolved.
The Moore Avenue man was disappointed in this result, but the officer indicated that the couple could request an ERO and to call if the Epsom man contacted them again.
Epsom police told the officer the next day that both men had been involved in minor incidents, but not together.
