Man Arrested After Another Oak Hill/Groton Road Crash

Thursday, Nov. 8

6:47 p.m. - Kenneth James Jones, 28, of Pond Rd. was arrested on charges from a previous warrant.

Friday, Nov. 9

12:08 a.m. - Peter Doyle, 25, of West Street in Pepperell was arrested following a traffic accident at the corner of Oak Hill and Groton roads.

Doyle was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations and neglient operation of a motor vehicle.

He was injured in the crash and the arrest marked the second time Doyle has been charged with an OUI.

The crash marks the third crash a the intersection in the past few weeks.

Follow Up

Sept. 23, 4:43 p.m. - Westford Police helped a Littleton Police officer who stopped a motor vehicle suspected of drug possession just off 495.

The Westford K-9 unit arrived on the scene and was advised the operator of the vehicle had already been arrested for driving on a suspended license and he had been arrested multiple times before for drug possession.

A search of his vehicle produced marijuana, hashish, cocaine, heroine, MDMA (also known as ecstasy), methamphetamines, suboxone, percocete (also known as oxycodone), methadone, and oxycontin.

Oct. 15, 10:25 p.m. - An anonymous individual reported a vehicle being operated erratically on Carlisle Road.
