LOG: Identity Theft Case Investigated on Oak Hill Road

The Westford Police Department supplied the following information.

Incidents

June 23, 2014

  • 4:30 a.m. An alarm activation was reported on Providence Road.
  • 8:02 a.m. A Lowell man was arrested after a motor vehicle stop.
  • 9:44 a.m. A motor vehicle crash, without injury, was reported at Tadmuck Road and Littleton Road.
  • 11:21 a.m. A court order was served on Broadway.
  • 11:56 a.m. EMTs were sent to Town Farm Road for a hospital transportation.
  • 12:29 p.m. EMTs were called to Littleton Road for a hospital transportation call.
  • 1:07 p.m. A motor vehicle crash, without injury, was reported on Cold Spring Road.
  • 1:36 p.m. Police were sent to a legal advice/civil complaint call on York Avenue.
  • 1:51 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on Fletcher Lane but it was a false alarm.
  • 2:54 p.m. EMTs were called to Beaver Dam Drive for hospital transporation.
  • 3:06 p.m. First responders were sent to Francis Hill Road for hospital transportation.
  • 3:53 p.m. Animal Control was sent to Hildreth Street.
  • 3:57 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on MacQuarrie Lane.
  • 3:59 p.m. Police assisted with a car seat installation on Main Street.
  • 5:01 p.m. A disabled motor vehicle was reported on Carlisle Road and Acton Road.
  • 5:34 p.m. Police were sent to Orchard Street for a court order but were unable to serve it.
  • 6:02 p.m. EMTs were called to Tadmuck Road for a hospital transportation call.
  • 7:14 p.m. Property was reported lost on Leland Road.
  • 7:37 p.m. EMTs were sent to Littleton Road for a medical call. A person was transported to the hospital.
  • 7:42 p.m. Police assisted with a car seat installation.
  • 8:22 p.m. An injury was reported on Monadnock Drive.
  • 9:18 p.m. A traffic hazard was reported at Pine and Pleasant streets.

  • 3:08 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on Mitchell Way.
  • 3:20 p.m. A fire alarm was reported on Stoneview Drive.
  • 3:39 p.m. An animal cruelty call was investigated on Littleton Road.
  • 4:11 p.m. Police were sent to Littleton Road to check for a motor vehicle but the search turned up negative.
  • 4:27 p.m. An alarm activation was reported on Farmer Way.
  • 4:32 p.m. A safety/health hazard was reported on Flagg Road and Main Street.
  • 4:49 p.m. EMTs were sent to Woodbine Terrace for a hospital transportation call.
  • 5:01 p.m. A fire alarm was reported on Birch Road.
  • 5:30 p.m. A disabled motor vehicle was reported on I-495 North.
  • 5:45 p.m. A motor vehicle crash, with injury, was reported on Littleton Road.
  • 6:31 p.m. A motor vehicle crash, without injury, was reported on Littleton Road and Boston Road.
  • 7:04 p.m. A 911 non-emergency call came in from Oak Hill Road.
  • 7:32 p.m. A bylaw violation was reported on Plain Road.
  • 7:52 p.m. An identity theft/fraud case was reported on Oak Hill Road.
  • 8:24 p.m. A safety/health hazard was reported on Farmer Way.
  • 11:21 p.m. A bylaw violation involving dogs was reported on Boston Road and Blakes Hill Road.
