LOG: Haverhill Man Arrested on Groton Road

Arrests

Hector J. Robledo, 32, of Haverhill, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on March 18, on a straight warrant for motor vehicle charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Groton Road.

Charles K. Roberts, 47, of Billerica, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on March 20, and charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, weight violation on a municipal way, and unsecured/uncovered load. He was arrested after a traffic stop on North Street.

Joseph H. Gagnon, 34, of Lowell Centerville, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on March 22, and charged with three counts of breaking and entering a building in the daytime for felony, three counts of trespass, two counts of larceny from a building, two counts of malicious destruction of property, malicious destruction of property over $250, attempt to commit a crime – breaking and entering, and fugitive from justice on a court warrant.

  • 9:59 a.m. Police were called to South Chelmsford Road for a security check by the search turned up negative.
  • 10:52 a.m. An alarm activated on Littleton Road.
  • 11:03 a.m. Police assisted with legal advice about an incident Banbury Drive.
  • 3:38 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported on Tadmuck Road.
  • 8:58 p.m. A motor vehicle crash without injury was reported on Boston Road at I-495.
