LOG: Chelmsford Man Charged with OUI

Arrests

Sean M. Conklin, 35, of Chelmsford, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on April 10, for OUI liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violations, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Concord Road and Preservation Way.

• 9:03 a.m. A Phillips Drive resident was taken to the hospital.

• 11:39 a.m. Police attempted to serve a summons on Holly Lane but were unable to make contact.
