Four Weekend Arrests, Two on Powers Road

The following information was supplied by the Westford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are entries from the Westford Police log for June 29, 30 and July 1.

Friday, June 29

1:16 a.m. – David Cardosi, 49, 11 Wampanoag Dr. in Acton was arrested during a motor vehicle stop on Powers Road.

Cardosi has been charged with alleged speeding, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, June 30

1:12 a.m. – Brittany Chiasson, 26, 9 Singlefoot Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested following a motor vehicle crash near the corner of Powers and Littleton Road.

Chiasson has been charged with alleged negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violations and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

6:17 p.m. – Zachary Koch, 22, 27 Bower St. in Lowell was arrested at an unspecified location while receiving a parking ticket.

Koch’s arrest came from an outstanding warrant not specified on the log.

8:23 p.m. – Roy Valdez, 47, 3 River Pl. #A205 in Lowell was arrested during a motor vehicle stop at an unspecified location on an outstanding warrant not specified on the log.
