Robinson Road in Westford is Open After Crash

Truck reportedly smashes into a pole; road is closed until further notice.

UPDATE, 2:24 p.m. Robinson Road is completely re-opened, according to the Westford Police. 

UPDATE, 1:34 p.m.
 One lane of Robinson Road has re-opened, according to Westford Police. They are, however, asking people to continue to seek alternative routes, until further notice. 

UPDATE, 10:24 a.m.
Westford Police are reporting that Robinson Road is closed between Hartford Rd and the Robinson School parking lot entrance at this time. 

UPDATE, 10:08 a.m.
Westford Police are reporting on Twitter that the road is closed "until further notice."

First responders in Westford have been called to a report of a truck smashing into a utility pole on Robinson Road, according to a post on Middlesex Radio's Twitter feed
The first report stated that the driver was in the roadway and required medflighting to the hospital. A second report stated that the man had "chest and arm injuries" but was conscious and alert. 
Command was set up and the injured party will be taken to Lucent Technologies on Robbins Road, less than two miles away, to be transported by medflight, according to the report.
