Billerica Woman Faces Second OUI After Forge Village Incident

Nov. 1, 7:37 p.m. - Patrick Sayers, 47, of Avalon Dr. in Acton was arrested for an alleged motor vehicle violation from an outstanding warrant.
Nov. 2, 12:43 p.m. - Lisa Fucile, 47, of Chesterfield Ave. in Billerica was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, marked lane violations, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
According to the Lowell Sun, Fucile hit a mailbox and scuffed a telephone pole on Forge Village Road.
