Beaver Brook Road Fire Relief Efforts Incredibly Successful

The Westford Fire Department has received so many donations for a family stricken by tragedy on Friday that it's actually re-donating some of the items to other causes.

The Westford Fire Department is reporting on its Facebook Page that as of Monday morning, the Daley Family is all set on clothing thanks to an outpouring of donations from the community.

Following a tragic fire on Friday on Beaver Brook Road, the Fire Department asked for a variety of items to help the family displaced in the incident.

On Sunday, the Fire Department reported that they had gotten so many items, that some would be donated to Goodwill.

Those looking to donate can still provide checks and cash donations at Northern Bank & Trust or at the Westford Fire Department offices care of the "Daily Family Fund."

There is also an online effort at gofundme, with approximately $7,500 raised as of 5 p.m. on Monday.
