ARRESTS: Fitchburg Woman Charged with OUI
The following information was supplied by the Westford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Rith Phal, 31, of Fitchburg, was arrested at 3:35 a.m. on March 9, and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violations, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The arrest occurred after a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.
Jesus Rivera, 49, of Charlestown, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on March 13, on an OUI liquor charge. He was arrested after police were called to Carlisle Road for a suspicious motor vehicle.
