ARRESTS: Westford Man Charged with OUI
The Westford Police Department supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Eric Richard Jackson, 27, of Westford, was arrested at 2:51 a.m. on May 4, and charged with OUI liquor, second offense, number plate violation, marked lane violations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Concord Road.
Nelson Flores, 24, of Chelsea, and Edgar Flores, 22, of Everett, were both arrested at 10:53 a.m. on May 9, on failure to appear. They were arrested on Polley Road after police were called there for a report of suspicious people in the area. In July 2012, Nelson Flores was arrested and charged with arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an outstanding warrant, according to online reports.
