ARRESTS: Two Charged with Failure to Appear
The Westford Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.
Scott P. Lowe, 46, of Merrimack Street in Lowell, was arrested at 8:02 a.m. on June 23, on a failure to appear upon recognizance charge.
He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Groton Road.
According to The Lowell Sun, Lowe was arrested in October 2008, and charged with failing to stop or yield, inspection sticker violation, driving with suspended license.

Joseph Michael Eno, 20, of Aiken Avenue in Dracut, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on June 27, on a failure to appear upon recognizance charge.
He was arrested on Mitchell Way after police were called to a suspicious person/activity report.

Last year, according to the Newburyport Daily News, Eno was arrested in Salisbury on July 16, 2013, and charged with malicious destruction of property more than $250, a previous warrant, and disorderly conduct.
