Alleged Ninety Nine Robber Arrested On New Charges

The following are excerpts from the Westford Police Log for July 27 and 28.

Wednesday, July 27

11:36 a.m – Westford Police arrested 53-year-old Armecy DeOlivera following a motor vehicle stop. DeOlivera, a resident of 235 Mammoth Road in Lowell, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, driving with an unsecured load, and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

8:49 p.m – Glenn Ridosh, 49, of 91 Groton Road, was arrested on a warrant for an earlier offense. There were no further details regarding the incident on the log.

Thursday, July 28

8:02 a.m – Joseph Regan, 21, of 5 Phillips Dr. was arrested on charges of larceny, possession of class A and E drugs, possession of property worth more than $250 and two charges of forging checks. Regan was arrested earlier this month

11:10 a.m – Brendan Matthew Mulligan, 19, of 32 Lakeshore Drive South, was arrested following a domestic dispute on charges of intimidating a witness, and possession of Class B,C and D drugs.

Wednesday, July 27

8:54 a.m – A motor vehicle was towed following a crash on Acton and Griffin roads. No injuries were reported. Another crash was reported at 11:33 p.m at the corner of Brookside and Moore, with court action taken during the incident.

Thursday, July 28

11:48 a.m – A suspicious motor vehicle was sighted on Kirsi Circle,

11:04 p.m – Police investigated a disturbance of the peace on Buckboard Drive.
