Hometown Hero's KDK Foundation

This fund the Kurt Kelly Hockey Memorial fund just funded a portable oxygen machine that will allow a super active 3 year old to be a little more mobile. Thanks to your support the KDK foundation has fully funded a piece of medical equipment that will allow this kiddo a little more freedom. Children’s Interstitial Lung Disease (chILD) has prevented this guy from doing what any 3 year old should be doing – but with your help he’s moving around with a lot more confidence and support.
