Diabetes Support Group for Seniors

Chelmsford Crossings and the Home Health VNA are hosting a KICK OFF event to celebrate our Diabetes Support Group for Seniors and we're opening it up to the entire community on 2/5 at 10:30 am. Work alongside of RN and Resident Care Director Sharon Wholey and RD ,LDN and Certified Diabetes Educator Karen DiPietro to learn more about Diabetes and to find out new and unique approaches to manage and understand the disease.



Come gather information, ask questions and have a mid morning treat in a no-pressure, home like environment and see if this might be something you'd be interested in participating in.
