Blue Angels 31
Blueberry Squirrels 22
The Blue Angels’ Sarah Russell scored 13 points. Tasneem Bhinderwala, Nicole Souza and Janice Lin played great defense in a close game. Casey Doremus scored 14 points for the Squirrels. It was a close game by the Angels prevailed.

Jellyfish 46
Wild Thornberries 43
It was a gnarly game between the jubilant Jellyfish and the wonderful, Wild Thornberries. For the Jellyfish, Terrific Taylor Freud was a lean, mean layup machine and Dashing Dani Donovan came in with a thrifty three-pointed at the end (plus she had 18 points – Woo Yay!). For the Thornberries the Cryptic Chrysikos twins, Trippy Taryn and Jolly Jillian were outstanding on offense. In the end the jovial Jellyfish pulled ahead for the win.

Buttercups 35
Green Slime 15
The game was closer than the score indicated when at the buzzer ending the first half Erin Shaughnessy hit a long bomb to end the first half. The Green Slime had balanced team scoring led by Stacey Shackleton and Grace Lohmeier. The Buttercups were led by Rebecca Shepherd and Bianca Tardi’s combined 19 points.
Tigers 35
Pink Friday 21
A very intense game between the Tigers and Pink Friday. Kayla Rochon had 12 points followed by Lauren Steele with 10. Pink Friday’s leader was Ashley Geary with 6. Everyone played amazing defense. Great job by both teams.
Cheetahs 38
Green Giants 25
A great game by all. The Cheetahs ran wild lead by head lioness, Alana Barrett with 14 points with ferocious D played by all. Jenna Klinka played a gigantic game for the Giants scoring 14 points. Jackie Joncas seemed as if she was sitting on the beanstalk with her great defense for the Giants.
Blueberry Squirrels 37
Jellyfish 32
In a nail-biting double OT game the Blueberry Squirrels came out ahead with a 37-32 victory over the Jellyfish. Casey Doremus led the scoring with 14 points, Amy Cornelius had 10, Ally Rohlfs had 6, Samantha Kelly, Kathryn Neuhardt and Hailey Veillette all had 2 and Natalie Trainer had 1. Hannah Kullberg led he defense.
Nicole Pugatch led the Jellyfish with 11 points followed by Caroline Dolan with 6, Taylor Freud with 5, Danielle Donovan with 4 followed by 2 points each by Alaina Baker, Abigail Chirokas and Sarah Zeoli.
Cheetahs 40
Neon Trees 33
The Cheetah Cubs, led by the littlest cub Dani Roder, protected the den with a ferociousness of a mama Cheetah!! The other cubs, Samantha Wylie and Hannah Chateauneuf each were very aggressive on defense in the victory. The Neon Trees stood tall like mighty oaks towering over the baskets. Christina Caviston’s great Neon Offense contributed 16 points to their great efforts.
Green Giants 24
Buttercups 23
The Green Giant pulled out a great win! The key was great defense and some baskets dropping for the team. Jenna Klinka, Kayla Flanagn and Kyra Kruger were the key scorers for the Green Giants. Sarah Boughan, Molly Curley and Jackie Joncas played awesome defense. The first place Buttercups played a great game in falling for the first time this season.
Green Slime 37
Pink Friday 23
The Slime had a great win over Pink Friday on Wednesday night. Slime was led by Stacey Shackleton with 14 points.
