Results week of 1/14/2013-1/15/2013. 1/16/2013 games to be rescheduled due to snow.

Highest scoring game in history of league - 100 total points scored as Blueberry Squirrels overcome Wild Thornberries.

It was a very close, high scoring game but the Blueberry squirrels came out victorious in a 55-45 victory over the Wild Thornberries.  Casey Doremus lef the Squirrels with 25 points, Amy Cornelius had 12, Ally Rohlfs 10 and Hannah Kullberg 8.  Hayley Veillette was tremendous on defense.  The Wild Thornberries were led by Jillian Chrysikos with 23 points.  Taryn Chrysikos scored 14.  Helping out with 2 points each were Kathleen Fitzsimmons, Sydney Mains, Theresa Miceli and Rachel Templeton.

Jellyfish   42

The Jellyfish slid by the Green Slime by a score of 42-23.  All 5 of the Jellyfish who were able to make the game scored. Danielle Donovan led the way with15 points, Taylor Freud had 11, Abby Chirokas added 10, Caroline Dolan scored 4 and Sarah Zeoli closed out the scoring with 2.  For the Green Slime, Stacey Shackleton scored 11, Alyssa Ingalls and Emily Dias each scored 4, and Megan Bramanti and Jessica Sullivan had two a piece in this fast paced game.

Cheetahs  47
Buttercups  28

The Buttercups played quite a good game but the vistorious Cheetahs battled their way to victory.  The Cheetah Lioness Alana Barrett scored a whopping 19 points again protecting her Cheetah cubs for another victory.  Kirston Leary buttered up the boards with 10 points for the Buttercups.

Tigers   38
Cheetahs  26

The Cheetahs lost to the Tigers in a close game.  Shannon Harris and Lauren Steele were fantastic offensively for the Tigers.  For the Cheetahs Hannah Chateauneuf played excellent offense while Alana Barrett played solid defense.

Green Giants  25
Blue Angels  14

The Green Giants defense helped seal this game!  The offense of the Green Giants was led by Jenna Klinka with Jackie Joncas, Kyla Flanagan and Kyra Kruger all dropping in baskets.  Blue Angels Sarah Russell and Elizabeth Muller led their scoring along with Nicole Souza.
