The Wild Thornberries got back in the winning way with a high scoring, narrow win over Pink Friday. The teams matched baskets the entire game giving the fans a lot to cheer for. Jillian Chrysikos put up a season high 33 points for the ‘berries. Ashley Geary led Pink Friday with 24 points. Taryn Chrysikos missed a triple double by a point finishing the game with 9 points and double digit rebounds and assists. Katie Fitzsimmons supported the winners with 4 points followed by Cory mains with 4, and Teresa Miceli with 2. Courtney Kennedy, Leah Bushey and Emily Perrone each scored 6 for Pink Friday.

The Blueberry Squirrels played a great game against tough competitors in Green Slime. Casey Doremus led the team with 23 points followed by Amy Cornelius with 10, Sam Kelly 5, and Natalie Trainer and Hayley Veillette with 2 each.
The Green Slime was led by Stacy Shackleton with 8 points, Jess Sullivan with 7, Rachel Stanley and Anisha Rajopdhye with 4 each and Emily Dias and Rachel Harkins each with 2.

Both teams came out strong tonight. The Tigers, led by Kathryn Olivier and Lauren Steele had great offensive motion. The Jellies had awesome shots by Taylor Freud and Abby Chirokas. The game was a close one but by the end the Tigers won it.
Neon Trees 38

From the start the Neon Trees and Blue Angels were a very competitive match-up. The Angels’ offense was led by Sarah Russell who scored 2 3-pointers as well as several other baskets. She was assisted by a strong defense led by Nicole Souza. As the game progresses the Neon Trees surged ahead with offense led by Christina Caviston and Carolyn Rosinski. Tenacious defense for the Trees was led by Liz McAleese, Hailey MacDonald and Lauren Canha. The final outcome of the game was a win for the Trees, 38-17.

Great game between the Tigers and Green Giants. Kayla Rochon and Amy Cavanaugh led the scoring with great defense by Tianna Habosian. For the Giants Jenna Klinka and Kyra Kruger played awesome.

All the Cheetah girls contributed to a vicious victory. The den was protected by the Casey Cubs. Danielle Roder set the boards on fire with 6 points. Casey Doremus contributed 20 nuts to the Squirrels pile.

In a fantastic game that went into overtime the Neon Trees came out on top. For the Buttercups Erin Shaughnessy played great defense while Kirsten Leary led the offense with 10 points. For the Neon Trees Caroline Rosinski, Liz McAleese and Caitlin Glidden led the scoring with 6 points each. Hailey MacDonald and Lauren Canha played solid defense.
