The Cameron Senior Center Needs Your Help Feeding The Hungry This Holiday Season

Anyone walking into local supermarkets might have noticed a little box near the front entrance for the Westford Food Pantry.

That group is organized and staffed by volunteers at the Cameron Senior Center in Forge Village and they need the help of residents this fall to help serve those in need here in Westford as well as Littleton, Tyngsboro, Chelmsford, Carlisle, Acton and Groton.

In addition to those drop boxes, there are also a number of times you can donate and sort donated food down at the Cameron Senior Center including...

  • Mondays from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The Senior Center is also co-hosting a dinner with local resident Jim Geraghty for seniors at Westford Academy, marking the 15th year of the dinner.

There will be bingo and food starting around noon, and volunteers are welcome, just call 978-692-5523.
