Big Crowd at Franco-American Toys for Tots Event
The event was sponsored by State Representative Jim Arciero, WCAP and the Lowell Sun as a local portion of the national Toys for Tots campaign.
There was a packed house on Thursday for the Third Annual Sun Santa Toys for Tots Event, sponsored by State Representative Jim Arciero and the Lowell Sun, a local Toys for Tots event that is also part of the Sun Santa program.
