Taylor's Message: The Dangers Of Underage Drinking

Concerned About
Underage Drinking?

After a night of binge drinking and other poor choices at

underage drinking parties, Taylor Lee
Meyer
drowned in just two feet of water, alone in the woods. She was 17
years old and a high school senior. Since that tragic night in 2008, Taylor’s
mother Kathi Sullivan has shared

Taylor’s story with thousands of students and parents with the hope of preventing
other young people from making the same poor choices. Her presentation – Taylor’s Message: The Dangers Of Underage Binge

Drinking
– is heart wrenching, unflinchingly honest, and powerful.

The Westford Parent Connection, in conjunction with Lowell General Hospital and Westford Against Substance Abuse (WASA), is hosting Kathi on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at 7:00
p.m. in the Stony Brook Middle School auditorium. (The snow date for this event is Thursday, January 23, 2014.)Through Lowell General Hospital’s generosity, Taylor’s Message is free and open to the public. Parents and students are encouraged to attend together. For more information about Kathi’s presentation, go to http://taylorsmessage.com or contact WPC president Mary Anne Seraphin at mseraphin@comcast.net.
