Hands –on knife skills class.  Knives, cutting boards, and food materials will be supplied.  Liz will begin the class with  a recipe featuring items cut in class.

Learn how to properly hold and use your knives as a way to save time and effort in the kitchen. 
Slicing, chopping, dicing, and a few knife technique secrets will be experienced by all during this fun hands-on class.
