Caregiving tips for the holidays to be presented at Bridges by EPOCH

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the presentation, “Guiding Caregivers through the Holidays” on Thursday, Dec. 5 at 12 p.m. Wellness Director Michelle Cormier will discuss how caregivers can manage holiday activities to help ensure their loved ones with memory challenges will enjoy the festivities. This time of year can be confusing and stressful with the noisy crowds, breaks in routine and rushed schedules. This presentation will demonstrate how planning ahead and using creativity will improve the holiday experience for the entire family.
