Bridges by EPOCH at Westford hosts summer safety presentation (July 23)

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host “Summer Safety: Preventing Heat Stress,” on Wednesday, July 23 at 12 p.m. Wellness Director Michelle Cormier, LPN, will explain why seniors are more vulnerable to heat stress, how to identify the symptoms and how to prevent dehydration and heat strokes in the future.

All are welcome to this free presentation and light lunch, but space is limited. Call 978-692-9541 to RSVP or for more information. Guests are encouraged to bring the person they care for to enjoy a meal with residents during the lunch and learn.
